NWT Maxi Skirt Floral Set

New with tags very cute floral skirt set; size medium; I sized up to a large due to there being no stretch in the skirt and the only stretch on the top is the smocking at the back; top has adjustable tie straps. I missed the return window for this size medium set. Has yellow floral pattern over a bluish gray color. Maxi skirt has two front slits(the slits look higher in the video because of the sitting position). The skirt fell right at my ankle, no dragging with flats on and I’m only 5’2”; length would work for both short & taller people
