This LuLaRoe Carly dress is BRAND NEW with tags attached. This red, white, and blue dress has a cute little pocket over the chest and a high-low hemline on the bottom. Medium Carly dresses are supposed to fit a size 10-12 but in my experience, I'm short (5' even) and large in the chest (so normally I can fit into a medium to large in most brands/shirts) and I fit in a Small size Carly. So just keep that sizing in mind.

laura_mckenna98 @txmav411 Hi there! These dresses are very flowy (and can be worn loose, belted, tied up at the side with leggings underneath, etc) so if you are slender, you definitely won’t have any issue through the body. As far as the chest/sleeve area, the material is very giving with a good stretch to fit arms/chest. I measured the bottom armpit seam straight across to the other and it was 20” front to front without stretching anything. So that gives you a total of 40” around in total.
