NWT Mewmews Austyn fringe dress, navy/royal blue

Beautiful NWT feather/fringe dress from MewMews. Never worn, runs small! XXL size but inner lining is limiting factor on size. Included picture of measurement of thinnest part of inner lining on the thigh. Included size chart from website but for some reason doesn’t include for XXL size? Stunning dress & wanted it to fit so badly but was too small & unable to return
