Honestly, I’m not sure if this is a skirt or coverup. It’s that awesome Michael stars tee shirt material and it has a faux wrap style with a tie that slows you to adjust. I think you can wear it as a skirt, coverup or even a strapless dress. Length is 28”. 14” across at top. All stretchy. Slight asymmetrical swoop in the front.
