NWT! Mint Green Cowl Neck Top with Tie

NWT! Out From Under mint green cowl neck crop top with built in bra. This top is so cute and perfect for going out, or as a base for a Halloween fit! I originally bought it for a tinkerbell costume and just never ended up wearing it. The material is very soft and stretchy. There is also the tie detail in the back, and the top is very adjustable. It says small, but it can easily fit a medium as well. There is one small spot that I noticed inside, but since it’s never been washed I’m guessing it will come right out!
