NWT Mint velvet-like rhinestone skirt

NWT Mint green / blue velvet-like skirt from Old Navy. Brand tag fell off but still has another tag attached as seen in pics. Has small rhinestones throughout. Children's size large, but more than fits an adult small/xs. Flaws can be seen in pic 3: 2 barely noticeable stains (I haven't tried washing this) and small indents from the skirt hanger (will likely come out after wearing a bit). 80% cotton, 20% polyester.
