NWT Miss Selfridge Gorgeous Bow Flared Skirt

NWT Miss Selfridge absolutely adorable flared skirt with large bow at the waist! Zips closed in the back with a hook and eye at top. It is a European size 10, but would fit a US small busted size 4 or a 2. Main fabric is 98% cotton, 2% elastane/ Contrast fabric is 54% polyester, 44% cotton, and 2% elastane. I wish this fit, because it is completely show-stopping and amazing! 😢🤗💞💋It needs a home where it can be shown off!
