Waist is 13 inches across on one side length flat. Romper shorts have a classic, tap pant style with a 3 inch inseam. 13 inch rise… Crotch to waist. Waist to shoulders is 15 inches. This is very comfortable. Has an invisible zip down back, which is very easy to maneuver. Lining is a matte, nude, soft fabric with a little stretch. This is absolutely beautiful. My loss is your gain. The label reads a size 4, but this is smaller, so please pay attention to those measurements.
