NWT Muse Navy Cocktail Dress With Jeweled Sleeves

NWT! This is a beautiful cocktail dress in Midnight Navy by Muse. It features black jewels on the sleeves. This dress, although new, does have two major fabric imperfections from pulling against other clothes in a closet. The first is about 6 inches up the right side, and the “pulled” material is about 2 inches thick on the side and continues on the back. The second is on the left sleeve. Both are pictured.
