NWT NEW White Sz XL Sleeveless Church Office Belted Fit & Flare Lacy Dress

This dress is size 2XL, (measures more like a size XL) and made by Dressystar. It is made with nylon, polyester and elastane and is hand washable. It measures 19 1/2" across at the bust, the waist measures 16 1/2" across and it is 41 1/2" in length from the back of the neck. It is new with tags, might have some wrinkling with shipping. Very pretty dress.
