NWT NY Collection Dress Size Medium

I thought I purchased a different size, so new with tags and ready for you instead! Solid yellow with a yellow and white floral lace overlay. Has a little bit of stretch to it. Waist is elastic and will stretch to the same measurement as bust. Bust lying flat is approximately 18” across, 39” shoulder to hem.
