NWT NY&CO stretch crossover runched dress top LG

Closet find from a smaller time! NWT- New York and Co 3/4 sleeve light blue dress top. Cross over/wrap on chest with runching on sides. Hidden zipper on left side.. sexy and professional with a collar and buttons on the sleeves. Stretchy- 60%cotton, 35%polyester, 5%spandex. It needs a wash for a fresh smell since it was hidden deep down in my closet but I do not want to remove all the original tags!
