NWT New York & Company Floral Shift Dress

Brand new with tags and never been worn. Still in original packaging, taken out of bag only for pictures. Lovely black and floral shift dress with an open v- neck collar. Very soft silky material on the outside. Hits right above the knee so very presentable in a work setting. Size is XS but definitely roomy enough to fit a size Small.
