NWT New York and Co. washed fabric green/yellow/blue hooded top Sz M

Armpit to armpit -29.5" Hip-54" Shoulder to hem - Front-24.5". Back-27" This lightweight oversized top has a washed tie dyed look. It has a vee neck, a hood and varied length hem. There is a slit in each side seam at the hemline and the sleeves are deep cut. There is a white dot on the front which I believe is a result of the washing process. See pic.
