Talbots blue floral ruffle trim peasant top or shirt in a woman's size XLP or extra large petite. The top has smocked sleeves that are almost elbow length and a curved hem. The bust is about 42 inches, the length is between 24-25 inches as it is curved. The material is 100% cotton. The shirt is in new with tags condition from my smoke free home.
