New with tags, but has some imperfections that are shown in pictures. Very cute backpack that could also be used as a diaper bag considering the many different pockets/compartments. Main imperfections are on the back pack straps in the back. Some small spots where leather and stitching isn’t quite right. The bag has not been used and is perfectly clean. Inside even still has packing paper in a pocket.
