NWT Nine West Ladies Wool Hat Floppy Derby Style Grey with Suede Tie

This is a brand new with tags Nine West hat in grey. Made of wool, this features hat bands in a leather and suede look straps. The suede strap is made so it can be arranged in multiple styles (see pics). The inside opening measures 9” from front to back.
