is 18 inches across. sleeve length is 26 inches and waist measures 18 inches.

I’d say I’m usually a 4/6. But i have longer arms and a flat chest.
I wanted something to layer - just don’t know if it’ll fit.

@lgmccarthy21 I'm 5"2 and weigh 145.
this fits me in the shoulders but the arms are too long for me. my waist is 32
and hips 40. my bra size 34DD
I could zip it but it's a bit tight for me.
I usually don't zip.
it is truly a stunning piece.
