NWT NuLook Ruffle Bib Mini Blue Gingham Dress size 10 (Runs Small)

This listing is a New NuLook seersucker gingham dress. It is really cute! It is definitely blue like the stock photos. It was hard to photograph the true blue color. It is not black. I think it feels a little bit lighter than it looks. (The fabric). I think it runs a little bit small. It says a 10 but could be more of a 6 or 8 IMO. But please check the measurements. It’s not the most expensive brand, but it’s a cute dress. Measurements are 19” across the chest. It is 35” long. I am listing many things today. I will combine shipping etc if you buy more than one thing. Most of my things are NWT, NWOT, or worn only 1-3 times. I am not listing anything with holes or stains ( As far as I can tell when I prepare my listing.). No smoke home. We do have a hypoallergenic dog and a cat. I will ship out as soon as I can. Hopefully that day or the next. These are all just things from my closet.
