NWT Nygard Collection dress slacks with flare

NWT Nygard Collection dress slacks with flare size 10. Black with gray pinstripes. Slacks flare to 13.5" and waist is 17" across. Three buttons on waistband keep you secure and the belt loops can accommodate a 3" wide belt. Slacks have a liner with 14" inseam and the overall inseam is 32". There are side pockets but are currently basted stitched together due to being brand new. Once you own these, then you can cut those stitches out to access the pockets.
