NWT O'Neil cold- shoulder dress country festival

I absolutely love this dress! It feels so nice & the style is great for all body types. I ordered this on-line & it's to long on me (I'm only 5'0). This dress is by O'Neil size Small. The color is a really pretty maroon. The top is cold shoulder style with adjustable straps & a V-neck. The bottom of the dress has wonderful lace detail.
