@dorinarodrigues hi there! It’s due to the material of the bag, it’s like a soft faux leather so when there’s nothing inside it, that’s just how it folds because it’s not a structured bag. I can post pics of it laid down on the floor so you can see what it looks like. LMK if you have any other questionsz
