NWT Off The Shoulder Top. Striped blue, dark blue and white. Bell sleeves features white pom poms. Brand is Belle Sky. Size medium. Bought for vacation but didn't wear. Perfect for your next warm weather get away or just for Spring/Summer paired with white shorts or pants. In excellent condition except PLEASE NOTE it looks like one pom pom is missing from left sleeve on back side. (4th pic). Though not noticeable.
