This NWT, off the shoulder blouse is made by Sugar + Lips. It is a size Medium. Elastic band across the back holds blouse in place. It is a tropical, fern print in teal and white. The sleeves have fun ties on them. The bottom hem line is slightly ruffled. Approximate measurements: shoulder to shoulder 19”, sleeve 11”, length from center 21”.
