NWT Off the shoulder floral blouse with sleeves

Reposting this item I recently purchased on poshmark. I love it, and really wish I could keep it, but it doesn’t stay up on me. It’s 19-20 inches across, which is the same as my shoulder-to-shoulder measurements but I’m pretty flat-chested. Make sure you measure before you buy! New with tags
