NWT Oh Polly Draped Lace-Up Corset Top in Cobalt Blue

Purchased this size 2 top to go with the Kim Shui skirt I also have listed. Unfortunately, I am a true size 2 (XS), and both of these items fit more like a 0 (XXS). For reference, I am a 32C bust and a 25 inch waist. I only tried this top on, and packaged it back up. I forgot to return in time. Paid about $80 after tax and shipping.
