NWT Old Céline Phoebe Philo little black dress

Classic minimalist Phoebe Philo collection dress. It has pockets! Size FR38, but it will best fit US size 4 as it is on the smaller side. The spaghetti straps have a bit of spare length too for longer backs (thanks Phoebe for being thoughtful!) The material is lightweight crepe; lining silk. 38 inches long top strap to bottom. No flaws. Note: photos with mannequin are to show fit, rest are of actual garment.
