NWT Old Navy Classic Swim Bottoms

New, never worn, classic black swim bottoms. Size Large. Old Navy has titled them as "high waisted " but they do not sit at belly button. (Not even on their models shown!) I would say these are more classic fit -- not low rise, not high rise. Description: Elasticized high-rise waistband. Elasticized leg openings. Includes hygienic sticker. Smooth, quick-drying matte-tricot, with comfortable stretch and full lining. Built-in UPF sun protection; UV protection accords with ASTM standard D6603. Materials: polyester 83%, spandex 17% Lining: 92% polyester, 8% spandex. Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, hang dry. Thanks!
