This looks like the Christian Louboutin Bag! I bought it in several colors however I am currently downsizing my collection. My loss is your gain! The gold chain can be worn so its a mini shoulder bag or a crossbody! Measurements are shown in the last two pictures: 5” x 7” approximately, and the chain is 11” (doubled up) or 23” if you want to wear it as a crossbody!

melrose17 @pathig if you have the single chain, to wear it cross body.... i measured the loop length and it’s 21”. If you keep the chain doubled up (as in the picture) its about 11” for a shoulder bag!
