NWT On the Road sleeveless velvet ruffle top M

This top is so pretty! The way the ruffles fall down the sides. The fact you could pair this with a blazer to wear to work or with jeans and heels for a night out make this top a must have!! The color to me is a slate blueish/green? I think they call it a Cadet Blue. It goes with silver or gold accessories though which is a plus! This top is On the Road sold at Anthropologie.
