New with tags. Lightweight and floaty cream fabric with printed pattern of flowers. The front is longer than the back (see measurements below). The straps are adjustable. Please note the flowers are printed, not embroidered. The fabric is slightly sheer; the last photo has my hand in it...my black fingernails show the light, but not my pale hand.
