NWT PUG / Closet Forever Floral Off-Shoulder Dress

Closet via Pinup Girl (PUG) - Forever Floral Off-Shoulder Dress - NWT - just didn't look right when I tried this on - Size 6 (see size chart) - Off-shoulder sleeves with comfortable elastic neckline - Navy background with pretty floral print - High-low hem, dropped waist, shiny gold zipper down back - Great for folks who love their shoulders/collar bone :) SUCH a pretty dress - just didn't look right on me when I tried it. Would love for this to go to a good home!
