NWT Palm Swing Dress

NWT palm frond printed swing dress from BluHeaven. Base is solid black with white and brown accented palm fronds throughout. Thick tank style tank straps with small black dots around the shoulder/arm holes. Chest area has slight vertical pleats that help it fit any chest size. Tag says small, but this is VERY oversized. I’d say this can fit anywhere from size 8-12 comfortably. If you are smaller than an 8, it will be very oversized. Breezy and lightweight fabric that is perfect for all summer outings from brunch to the beach!
