NWT Panama Hat and Dress

If this doesn't scream summer vacation outfit I don't know what will. ☀️ These items are both Brand New and have never been worn. The dress: it is black with small white florals/stems all throughout front and back. There is excellent boning that runs vertically to keep you feeling secure and the dress looking perfectly structured. There is give in the back and the waist to stretch with you. It's a size small true to size. Paired with a lovely hat that you can wear all summer 📷✨
