NWT never worn super cute burgundy red fall floral shift dress with cold shoulder and Ruffle detailing. Has an elegant ruffled neckline that drops to a slight V neck. Very cute Floral dress perfect for the fall and winter with leggings and boots! Would also work beautifully in the spring and summer as well since it's a light flowy fabric :) love this color for the season though! Also very flattering on every skin tone.
