The fabric feathers are made from a stiff semi sheer fabric with irredescent seaming designs that create the look of the individual feathers. Layered fabric and sequins create the eye of the feather. Shades of green, gold and black. Wrapped ends of the headband for comfort. Brown satin ribbon covers the headband.
