This listing is for a SET of 2 pieces made of organic cotton and sized perfectly for premature babies. This set includes a long-sleeve shirt and a matching hat. The shirt has a clever "crossover" design, like a bathrobe, that is fastened on the side and front with velcro. This simple wrap style is meant to be comfortable and convenient.
