NWT Petallush Brown with Black Polka Dot Collared, Button Up Dress

This dress has never been worn, but hanging in my closet for a while. The brand is Petallush and still has the tag. This dress has a silky texture and the skirt has a liner shown in the photos above. The dress is labeled small, but it seems a bit large for a small. The bust is about 36 inches around, the waist is about 29 inches and stretches to about 26 inches. The length from the shoulder to the bottom of the dress is about 40 inches. The arm opening is about 19 inches around the shoulder area and the bottom of the sleeve has elastic holding the opening to about 5 inches, but stretches to about 8 inches.
