NWT Philosophy dress w/ tied back closure

I'm pretty sad to be selling this dress. I've never worn it. Thought I would be able to pull it off but frankly, it's too long for me (I'm 5' 1.5"). I wanted to wear it for events like graduations and to work but that didn't work out. The back has strings to tie it which is super cute. Fabric is very light and super soft!
