NWT Pinstripe Navy Embroidered Off Shoulder Tie Sleeve Top

New with tags American Eagle Outfitters navy pinstripe embroidered tie sleeve top. The sleeves tie and are cropped to just below the elbows. The embroidery goes on both sides of the chest and down the sleeves. The top is meant to be off the shoulder and it has an elastic outline to fit around any shoulders. I LOVE the way this top looks but it doesn’t flatter my body type well. It is flowy and would be cute with light wash or white skinny jeans and a cute pair of sandals. Size small.
