NWT Pleated Plaid Skirt

Brand new, never worn. Still has tags attached. Purchased from a boutique overseas and realized too late that these aren't American sized. The tag says XL, but it fits more like a M (or women's 6). It's pleated and high waisted. I am 5ft 5in and it lays at midthigh. Measurements are listed in photos. Comes with the bowtie. Check out my page.
