NWT. Distressed/frayed detail. Approx, 17" length, 20.5" hip, and 18" waist measurements. Please refer to measurements as size tag state 29. Measurements are larger than 29 but skirt does not have stretch. There is one faint mark and one that can be seen. Not sure what it is but appear that a wash would remove. I chose not as I would have to remove tag.
