NWT. New and never worn. One area that's a little brownish, but I'm not sure if it's a stain or part of the print! (photos 4&5). Prabal Gurung silk double organza tiered ruffle asymmetrical skirt. Insect wings, flowers, mountains, & interlocking pipes? Side zip. High waist. A beautiful silver, purple, black, & royal blue. No actual lining fabric, but the silk is doubled layered. 100% silk. Dry clean only. Measurements (flat & approx): waist 13.5", hip 17", shortest length 24". No trades, please!
