New With Tags Slanted Ruffles with beading around neckline and bodice and about 3/4 of the way down. Some of the beads are hanging loose, but they can easily be pulled tight from behind the material where the threads are basted. There is also some extra thread and beads attached to the price tag. There is no stretch to this gown. The hem is ruffled a bit as well. There is also beading on the back as it comes to a V, where the zipper and hook/eye start. Fully lined. Bust is padded and has boning. This is beautiful!
