NWT Puerto Rico top blouse neck and back details

Bought on my trip to Puerto Rico. It doesn't sit well on me. I really should start trying things on before I buy them assuming they will fit. >< Loose sheer blouse with beautiful neck detail into the front and open bows with crystal detail in back. Some elastic at the end of the sleeves.
