NWT Purple belted dress with polka dots

Brand new long flowy peasant dress in burgundy purple with white polka dots. Sewn in slip dress underneath with a zipper closure in the back. Has an attached tie at the waist. Chiffon material with a ruffle hem. Great dress but zipper pull results in a bulge at the back. When zipped there are no issues but I didn’t like how the loose fabric drapes. Don’t know if it’s intentional or if it’s a flaw hence the price.
