mrs_eswann Oh, I am less concerned about the fee and more about the timing. I was hoping to get the dress for an event for this Saturday. It was so close tot he date. I know that outside of California, it would take longer. But now it's too late to get if for tomorrow. Thank you for responding. I do appreciate it.

sartorialli @dejashopgirl the center back seam (from the top of the zipper at the center back to the bottom of the hem) is approx 48” laying flat, though the fabric does have some stretch. The sleeves (from top of the shoulder seam to the bottom edge of the sleeve) are approx 23”. Hope this helps, and please let me know if you have any other questions!
