These are purely decorative and not made for riding. I purchased these at Ralph Lauren about ten years ago but never wore them. 67% cotton 29% polyester 4% spandex This legging fabric is lightweight, textured and 4% spandex. Elastic waist. I can’t tell if the tag size is 8 or B? I think it is B. Please see tag photo and read measurements as they are WAY SMALLER than an 8. Elastic waist not stretched is 28 inches Elastic waist stretched is 30 inches (comfortably) Inseam 30” Length from Waistband to bottom of leg is 39”
