New with tags R & M Richards by Karen Kwong, short sleeve, scoop neck, dark navy blue, midi dress. (may fall longer, depending on height, measurements provided.) One piece, with sewn in "jacket". Top has floral bead detail (see close up) Skirt is straight with slit in middle, back. Buttons up back. Flaw: top buttons have pulled fabric, one extra button is included.
