NWT RUE21 WATER RESISTANT BOOTS SIZE MEDIUM

These are new with their original tags. Designed by Rue21, these stylish boots are water-resistant, faux leather (looks real) with dark brown rubber shoe base and tan faux leather from ankles to top where there is due of mixed brown colors. Very comfy! Purchased and just never wore. Size medium which is size 7-8 at Rue21.
